Uday Kumar Pandit
Uday Kumar Pandit has spent his career building and scaling pharmaceutical manufacturing across regulated and non-regulated markets — sterile and non-oral dosage forms, including complex injectables. He has led greenfield and brownfield facility projects end to end, from conceptualization and design through execution and commercial production, alongside the technology transfer work that turns a formulation into a manufacturable product at scale. At Raupyam, he leads manufacturing strategy — qualifying partner facilities and overseeing technology transfer from formulation to production.

Why isn't everything available right now?
We'd rather ship formulas that are ready than rush a catalog. Each one is designed, tested, and cleared before it's offered — that's slower, but it's the standard we're building on.
How does the concentration unlock work?
You start at the gentler concentration first. Once your skin has had time to adjust, the next concentration becomes available — so you're never starting stronger than your skin is ready for.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
Every formula is designed by a registered pharmacist, starting at the gentlest effective concentration. If you have known sensitivities, mention them when you join the waitlist.
